The placing of an order online means you will be held liable for the full order value, including any postage, and minus any applied discount.

All of our prints are made to order. If you need to cancel or change an order it must be within 24 hours of order confirmation. If you fail to do so, and work has commenced on your order, you we will not provide a refund.

Returns Policy

In the event that your print is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

We require photographic evidence of the damage. Once we have received the evidence of damage we will offer either a replacement, or a full refund (limited to the total order value, including any postage paid). Refunds will be limited to the cost of the order. We will not issue a refund or replacement without photographic proof of the damaged item.

We recommend you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s) as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.

Charity Donations

Touch The Past is in no way affiliated with any of our chosen charities.
Donations will be paid on the 1st Monday of each calendar month to the value of 10% of the profits from all Military History Collection orders for that month.
